Hi, I’m Alex — a sushi chef with over 12 years of experience and a lifelong passion for Japanese knives.

In August 2024, I launched ''TheJapaneseKnifeVault'' on Etsy with a mission to make high-quality Japanese knives more accessible to everyone, offering a variety of options that cater to both budget-conscious buyers and serious collectors.
